Planetwin365 grew out of SKS365, founded in Innsbruck in 2009, and became one of Italy's biggest betting and gaming brands — a large ADM-licensed online casino and sportsbook backed by one of the country's most extensive retail betting networks.

In April 2024 Lottomatica Group completed its acquisition of SKS365 in a deal valuing the company at about €639 million, folding Planetwin365 into the same stable as Lottomatica, Goldbet and Betflag and cementing the group's position as Italy's largest gaming operator.

Planetwin365 exposure therefore trades as Lottomatica Group on Euronext Milan (ticker LTMC). The brand continues to run on SKS365's ADM concession, with the group consolidating technology and licences behind the scenes.
