About Betflag

Betflag launched in Rome in June 2012 and built its name as an independent Italian multi-vertical operator — casino, slots, sports betting, poker, bingo and horse racing under one ADM remote concession (no. 16008), with a reputation for one of the market's largest slot libraries.

In November 2022 Lottomatica made Betflag its first standalone acquisition after the group's rebuild under Apollo ownership: subsidiary GBO S.p.A. paid about €310 million for 100% of Betflag S.p.A. The brand kept its own identity inside the group alongside Lottomatica and Goldbet.

Since Lottomatica Group's May 2023 IPO, Betflag exposure trades on Euronext Milan under ticker LTMC. The Betflag deal was an early step in the consolidation strategy that later added SKS365 and its Planetwin365 brand to the same listed group.
