FDJ United is the group formed when La Française des Jeux — operator of the French national lottery since 1933 and listed in Paris since its landmark 2019 IPO — acquired Kindred Group in October 2024 and rebranded in 2025. The deal bolted Kindred's international online betting and casino brands (Unibet, 32Red, Maria) onto FDJ's lottery and French retail monopoly businesses.

The stock trades on Euronext Paris under ticker FDJU, with the French state retaining a significant shareholding. Lottery remains the profit engine, while the Kindred brands give the group scale in regulated online gambling across the UK, Nordics, Benelux and beyond.
