Banijay Group N.V.

Banijay Group is best known as the world's largest independent TV production company — the group behind Big Brother, MasterChef and Survivor — built by Stéphane Courbit and listed in Amsterdam in 2022 via the Pegasus SPAC as FL Entertainment, before taking the Banijay Group name in May 2024.

Its other business is gambling: Banijay Gaming. Long-time subsidiary Betclic, France's biggest online bookmaker, was joined by German betting giant Tipico when Banijay completed that acquisition on 23 April 2026, creating one of Europe's largest online betting groups. Banijay Group holds roughly 72% of Banijay Gaming, with CVC retaining a minority stake, and the shares trade on Euronext Amsterdam under ticker BNJ.
