Bally's Intralot S.A.

Founded in Athens in 1992 by Sokratis Kokkalis as Intralot, the company built its name as a lottery technology and services supplier to state lotteries worldwide and has been listed on the Athens Stock Exchange since 1999. On 10 October 2025 it completed the €2.7 billion acquisition of Bally's International Interactive business — the former Gamesys operation behind Virgin Games, Jackpotjoy, Monopoly Casino, Rainbow Riches Casino, Double Bubble Bingo and Spain's Botemania — transforming a B2B lottery firm into a combined lottery and online casino group.

The enlarged company adopted the name Bally's Intralot, trading under the new ticker BYLOT from January 2026, and ranks among the largest companies by market capitalisation on the Athens bourse. Bally's Corporation holds a 58% controlling stake; former Bally's chief Robeson Reeves serves as CEO with founder Sokratis Kokkalis as chairman, and the group's B2C brands continue to run on their existing UK Gambling Commission and Spanish licences.
