Superbet is Romania's gambling market leader, founded by Sacha Dragic in 2008 and grown into the brand that literally renamed the country's top football division: since 2022 Liga 1 has played as the SuperLiga under Superbet's naming rights. Its ONJN-licensed online casino and sportsbook lead the market it grew up in.
The group behind it took Blackstone's biggest-ever minority bet on European gaming (€175 million, 2019), bought Belgium's Napoleon Sports & Casino in 2021, and in December 2025 renamed itself Super Technologies as it repositioned around digital entertainment — with operations spanning Romania, Belgium, Poland, Serbia and Brazil.
Super Technologies remains private: Dragic holds the majority, Blackstone a minority, and a long-rumoured IPO has not materialised — searching for 'Superbet stock' finds nothing because no such listing exists.
