Super Technologies is the Bucharest-based gaming and digital-entertainment group founded by Sacha Dragic in 2008 — named Superbet Group until its December 2025 rename. Founder-CEO Dragic holds the majority, with Blackstone as minority investor since its €175 million bet in 2019; a 2025 refinancing valued the group's debt package at €1.3 billion.
Its two catalog brands are Superbet, Romania's market leader (naming-rights sponsor of the SuperLiga), and Napoleon Sports & Casino, the Belgian operator acquired from Waterland Private Equity in 2021 — with further operations in Poland, Serbia and Brazil.
