About Optibet

Optibet is Latvia's biggest domestic online casino and betting brand — licensed by the IAUI, title sponsor of the country's top ice-hockey league (the Optibet Hokeja līga) and formerly of its football Virslīga, and a fixture of Baltic gaming since the early 2000s.

Its operating company, OPTIBET SIA of Riga (registered 1999), belongs to Enlabs AB, the Stockholm-based Baltic specialist. Entain plc completed a recommended cash offer for Enlabs in April 2021 at about £250 million, folding Optibet into the group behind Ladbrokes and bwin.

Exposure to Optibet therefore trades as Entain plc on the London Stock Exchange (ticker ENT). Within Entain's portfolio the brand remains the Baltic flagship, with sister operations across Lithuania and Estonia.
