Sega Sammy Holdings — the Tokyo-listed entertainment group formed in 2004 from Sega and pachinko maker Sammy — is this catalog's most unexpected parent. Its subsidiary Sega Sammy Creation acquired GAN Limited in a merger completed on 27 May 2025, and with it Coolbet, the Tallinn-built European sportsbook and casino.
