Cirsa

Cirsa, founded by Manuel Lao in Terrassa in 1978, is one of Spain's gaming giants: casinos, slot halls and bingo across Spain, Italy and Latin America, plus the country's biggest betting brand — Sportium, wholly owned since Cirsa bought out JV partner Ladbrokes in 2019 — and the YoBingo online business.

Blackstone has owned Cirsa since 2018 and took it public on 9 July 2025: Cirsa Enterprises listed on the Spanish stock exchanges at €15 a share in one of Spain's largest recent IPOs, trading under ticker CIRSA, with Blackstone remaining majority shareholder post-IPO.
