Jack's Casino is the Netherlands' best-known private casino name: a chain of roughly 85 slot arcades that has anchored Dutch high streets since 2003, built by JVH gaming & entertainment, the Van Ham family business founded in Tilburg in 1958.
When the Dutch online market opened on 1 October 2021, JVH was among the first local licensees: its Malta-based group company JOI Gaming Ltd received a Kansspelautoriteit remote licence on 19 November 2021 and took JACKS.NL live days later, extending the arcade brand onto Dutch screens.
JVH remains privately held — there is no Jack's Casino or JVH share to buy. The group is one of the largest homegrown competitors to state-owned Holland Casino, and any future ownership change would most likely come through private transactions rather than a listing.
