Estoril-Sol, SGPS is Portugal's most storied casino group: operator of Casino Estoril — once Europe's largest casino — Casino Lisboa and Casino da Póvoa, with roots back to 1958. Its digital arm, Estoril Sol Digital, runs ESC Online, holder of the country's first online casino licence (SRIJ licence 003, 2016).

The shares trade on Euronext Lisbon under ticker ESON, with control concentrated between Macau's STDM — the Ho family vehicle — at 57.79% and Amorim Investimentos at 32.67%, leaving a free float under 10%. A listed parent, but a thinly traded one.
