Codere Casino

Codere Casino is the real-money online casino of Codere, the Madrid-area gaming group whose roots in Spanish gaming halls and betting shops go back to 1980. Launched as Codere's regulated Spanish online offering in the mid-2010s, codere.es operates under licence from Spain's DGOJ, and in 2025 the company renewed the technical homologation of its casino games in Spain for a further ten years.

The site is run by Codere Online Luxembourg S.A., which was carved out of the wider group and listed on Nasdaq in December 2021 via a SPAC merger with DD3 Acquisition Corp. II — billed at the time as the first Latin America-focused online gaming operator on a US exchange. Alongside Spain, Codere Online runs online casino and sports betting in Mexico, Colombia, Panama and Argentina, leaning on the parent group's retail footprint for an omnichannel offering.

For investors, the stock is Codere Online (NASDAQ: CDRO). The company shook off a 2025 delisting scare — caused by a late annual filing, with Nasdaq compliance regained in June 2025 — and went on to post record results, with Q2 2026 net gaming revenue of €69.4 million (up 27%) and a raised full-year outlook. Reports in March 2026 that majority owner Grupo Codere is exploring a sale have made the listed subsidiary a talked-about consolidation target.
